BRISTOL, TN - HVAC Inc. announced the appointment of Mark Clevinger to the position of Service manager. Clevinger fills a position created by the retirement Of David Miller. The company has recently reorganized as the result of unprecedented growth for the organization.

A recently retired US Air Force Recruiting Specialist, Clevinger joined HVAC in 2011 as a sales associate.

In Clevinger’s new role, he will implement the plans and directives of the President regarding the overall operation of the service department for the company, which includes thirteen techs, and a fleet of eleven service vehicles. He will also be responsible for coordinating intra-departmental activities regarding service within the company, including providing support to the project management process.

Clevinger’s goals in his new position include streamlining the process of service to offer the best possible department in the region.

“My plan is to implement new policies to build a stronger foundation within the department. I plan on creating new opportunities for our team through the implementation of solid job descriptions, incentive programs, accountability polices and staff training opportunities second to none. My plan is to give our service techs the tools and training to succeed,” Clevinger said.

Clevinger is a graduate of the 2012 class of The Bristol Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD Bristol Program.
